A coworker of mine was thinking of starting an advice blog named Savvy Cityzen. She is a trendy, urban, young twenty-something that is very much into the latest fashions. Knowing this I researched the latest fashion color trends for 2007 (the most recent year when this was developed). I used the Spring 2007 Fashion Color Report by PANTONE®, Inc. as a color pallette. She was extremely pleased with both the chosen design and both of the other proposed designs. This one was chosen due to its airy nature and because it fit the look she was going for. I then passed the logo off to her web designer to be the basis of the upcoming website.
